Between 19:00 and 19:40 UTC on 26 May 2020, JCB will be performing maintenance on their authorization systems that may impact transaction processing. Details are below.

Expected Impact

  • All Braintree systems will remain online.

  • Some transactions on JCB-branded cards may fail (Processor Response Code 3000) or take longer than normal.

  • Failed transactions can be safely retried.
