An issue upstream of our gateway caused some transactions on the BNZ network to fail between 15:01 and 15:31 NZST. Transactions that failed have a Processor Response Text of Processor Network Unavailable - Try Again (3000).

Scope: Only merchants located in New Zealand may be affected by this issue.
