Due to an issue upstream of our gateway, some merchants experienced an elevated rate of transaction failures for Bank of New Zealand (BNZ) between 7:37 and 10:42 UTC on May 27, 2020. Transactions on other processing networks were not impacted. Failed transactions can be safely retried.

Symptoms
An elevated rate of Processor Network Unavailable (3000) responses for transactions on the BNZ network.

Cause
Upstream networking issue with a third-party Internet Service Provider (ISP).
