We detected a problem routing inbound requests to the production gateway and Control Panel via one of our Internet Service Providers (ISPs) between 10:03 and 10:18 UTC today. Merchants may have experienced timeouts or latency trying to connect to the Braintree Production API or Control Panel during this time. We are working with the impacted ISP to understand what happened.
